The 4th EPLIT Annual Meeting took place in Munich on 12 May 2017. The programme of the meeting included presentations of some distinguished speakers as Max Brunner, Ministère de la Justice, Paris and Cristiano Morganti and Eileen Tottle from UKIPO.
Marek Łazewski, partner at LDS, moderated a very interesting panel discussion among European patent judges on their expectations from the UPC – the judges participating in the panel were:

March 2017, the Polish, German and French Groups of AIPPI, with the
participation of the AIPPI Bureau, organized a joint seminar on intellectual
property law and related issues. The seminar took place in Warsaw. Marek Łazewski, partner at LDS and Second
Deputy Secretary General of AIPPI took part in the Unitary Patent and Unified
Patent Court update and Justyna Rasiewicz, also a partner at LDS, gave a
presentation entitled: IP Lawyer in the
Competition Law Environment.
